Here’s an updated list of severe weather reports as a bow echo raced from western Minnesota/eastern Dakotas early Thursday morning to central and southeast Minnesota. Winds around 60-80 mph were not uncommon, taking down trees and damaging property as this intense line of storms pushed through. Not only that, but some locations picked up quite a bit of rain in a short time period (it will at least help the abnormally dry conditions a little bit around Minnesota).
The yellow dots are damaging winds; the blue are hail reports.
