December 2010 Blizzard

What a difference a year makes.  Today (Sunday) We saw temps getting up to near 40°, while last year we were under blizzard conditions in the middle of an historic Upper Midwest blizzard. (I wish I would have been here for that!).  Looking back it is just incredible to see how many places this storm affected.  For many in SE and central Minnesota through central Wisconsin anywhere from 16-22 inches fell during the storms lifetime.  Here is a map composed by the National Weather Service that shows snow accumulations for the Upper Midwest.  Here’s to the next one!
